In May 2025, Latin Lawyer recognized the separation of Citi’s retail and institutional banking operations in Mexico as Regulatory Deal of the Year and Vinci Partners’ merge of its operations with Compass as Private Equity Deal of the Year.
In April 2025, The Legal 500 recognized our firm as Capital Markets Firm of the Year (Mexico), Real Estate Firm of the Year (Mexico) and Mergers and Acquisitions (high-end) Firm of the Year (Mexico) for the second consecutive year, additionally, the acquisition by Flō Networks of 100% of the fiber business of American Tower in Mexico received the distinction of M&A Deal of the Year. In December 2024, the Financial Times recognized us as one of the ten most innovative firms in North America in the Pro Bono category for the advice provided in the case of César Fierro, especially in his social reintegration process and in the recommendation issued by the National Human Rights Commission to repair the damage caused for more than 40 years, after he was tortured and sentenced to death in the United States based on a coerced confession, making us, once again, the only Mexican law firm included on this prestigious list.
