Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez was awarded multiple accolades, including the Mexico Tax Firm of the Year Award, at the International Tax Review´s 13th Annual Americas Tax Awards ceremony, which took place in New York City yesterday evening.
International Tax Review recognized the most innovative tax and transfer pricing advice of the 2017-2018 period from firms in more than 12 countries in the North, Central and South American region. Overall, Creel was nominated for a total of 8 awards.
Creel was awarded the Mexico Tax Firm of the Year Award recognizing its leading full-service standalone tax practice within the most highly regarded corporate law firm in the country, working on some of the most innovative and sophisticated transactions in Mexico. Creel was also awarded the Americas Capital Markets Tax Deal of the Year Award for the global offering of the Mexico City Airport Fibra E, which is the largest-ever offering of a Fibra E and the second largest IPO in recent history; as well as the Americas Real Estate Tax Deal of the Year Award for GIC Singapore Sovereign Fund’s investment with CCLA (a partnership between CIM Group and Compass Group).
