Ana Gabriela Ríos obtained her public accountant degree from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in 2011. Additionally, she has a Corporate Taxes Postgraduate Course.
Ana worked at the EY Amsterdam office in 2015 and 2016 where she provided tax advice and served as point of contact for multinational clients with investments in LATAM. She attended in site trainings at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation such as “International Taxation of Mergers and Acquisitions” and “Cross-Border Corporate Tax Structuring.”
Ana Gabriela has 12 years of experience as a Mexican transaction tax advisor in national and international restructuring and M&A projects providing services for multinational clients from several sectors such as Power and Utilities, Consumer Products and Private Equity.
