Mr. Bañuls obtained his law degree (JD) from Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City in 2026. He completed the “Essentials of US Cybersecurity and Technology Law” program at New York University School of Law (NYU), focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, corporate governance, artificial intelligence and technology risk management. He also completed the Corporate and Professional Integrity Chair organized by ICC México in alliance with the Faculty of Law of Universidad Panamericana, focusing on business ethics, compliance, and corporate integrity.
