Mr. Avila obtained his Law Degree (JD) from Universidad Panamericana (UP) in Mexico City in 2020. Additionally, he obtained a Specialization in International Tax Law from New York University (NYU) in 2021. During July 2016, he coursed the international law program “CBL International Oxford Summer Institute at Oriel College” taught by Oxford University.
