Leopoldo Javier Hernández Elizondo graduated from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, where he achieved the highest GPA of his graduating class. He also received the Egregius Iuris Discipulus Award, granted to students who obtain one of the highest scores on the law school bar examination.
