Martín Pavón is a Counsel at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez S.C., where he specializes in Banking and Finance.
During his career in the firm and abroad, Mr. Pavón has advised various financial institutions, investment banks, insurance companies and other institutional investors, as well as debtors, on a wide range of secured and unsecured financings.
Mr. Pavón’s experience includes commercial financings, acquisition financings, real estate financings, hotel financings, vessel financings, and project financings, both local and foreign. In capital markets, his experience includes international debt offerings.
Recently, his work has been recognized and consistently evaluated in the areas of banking and finance law by prestigious publications such as Chambers and Partners, IFLR 1000 and Best Lawyers.
Mr. Pavón obtained his law degree (JD) from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2012.
He attended Harvard Law School where he enrolled at the Program on Negotiation: Strategies, Tools, and Skills for Success in 2015.
He also obtained his LL.M. Degree in 2016 from The New York University of School of Law.
Mr. Pavón worked as a Foreign Associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in 2016 and 2017.
