R enée Marie Genis Arroyo

Renée Marie obtained her Law Degree (LL.B.) from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City in 2021, obtaining her Degree though a Postgraduate Diploma in “Essentials of US Cybersecurity and Technology Law” at the New York University (NYU) in 2024. She is currently completing her Master of Laws (LL.M) in Administrative Law at Universidad Panamericana (expected in December 2026). Her robust technical background is further distinguished by the Basic Training and Preparation Course for Court Secretaries of the Federal Judiciary (2026 specialized edition), the formal prerequisite to qualify for the certification to hold the office of Federal Court Secretary. Additionally, she was merit-based winner of the “Fourth Competitive Examination for the position of Judicial Officer ‘C”, within the Federal Judiciary (2025 edition). In 2022, she completed the Certification Program in Amparo Trial, issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, as well as the “Intensive Course on Supreme Court Precedents regarding identity rights, sexual and reproductive rights and environmental law”. Her credentials include international certifications from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development in ““Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Indicators”, “Tax Crime Investigation Maturity Model” and “Fighting Tax Crime”. She also hold a certification Money Laundering and Asset Forfeiture (2021) imparted by the Merida Initiative of the United States of America Embassy and specializes in Professional Translation and Forensic Expertise through the Instituto Superior de Estudios en Traducción e Interpretación (ISETI) in Mexico City.
