Mrs. Méndez obtained her Law Degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with honors, in Mexico City in 2011. She was a visiting-professional at the “Internet and Media Law” program from Dalhousie Schulich School of Law, Nova Scotia, Canada during 2010- 2011. In addition, she obtained a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Digital Data Law from INFOTEC in Mexico City in 2021.
