Santiago obtained his law degree (JD) from Panamerican University in Mexico City in 2020 and obtained an LL.M. from Georgetown in 2025. He also holds a Diploma from the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México in 2022. He worked in Milbank’s New York office from 2025 to 2026. He has taught the Collective Labor course in the Panamerican University as an associate professor.
