Please be informed that on January 10, 2023, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography established the value of the Unit for Measurement and Adjustments (“UMA”) for the year 2023, which has been published in the Federal Official Gazette.
The values of the UMA will be $103.74MXN daily, $3,153.70MXN monthly, and $37,844.40MXN yearly, for 2023. Such values will enter into force on February 1 of 2023.
The UMA is a unit value or economic reference in Mexican pesos to calculate the amount of obligations to be paid, which derive from federal and state legislation, as well as from any legal dispositions that may derive from such legislation.
