Please be informed that on January 10, 2025, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography established the value of the Unit for Measurement and Adjustments (“UMA”) for the year 2025, which has been published in the Federal Official Gazette.
The values of the UMA will be $113.14MXN daily, $3,439.46MXN monthly, and $41,273.52MXN yearly, for 2025. Such values will enter into force on February 1, 2025.
The UMA is a unit value or economic reference in Mexican pesos to calculate the number of obligations to be paid, which derive from federal and state legislation, as well as from any legal dispositions that may derive from such legislation.
