With over 20 years of experience, Eduardo is a leading authority in advising companies across a wide range of industries on international trade and customs matters. His practice encompasses regulatory compliance, IMMEX and PROSEC programs, IVA and IEPS Certification, origin verification proceedings under Free Trade Agreements, customs valuation, non-tariff regulations and restrictions, customs audits and litigation, as well as the structuring of international trade aspects in corporate transactions.
