Legal 500 (www.legal500.com) describes our practice:

“Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C.’s environmental team covers all aspects of the practice area and its lawyers demonstrate particular expertise on environmental matters in relation to the real estate sector, clean and sustainable development, and – in the case of ‘impressive’ practice head Carlos de Icaza – climate change matters.”

On its part Latin Lawyer highlights:

“The firm provides environmental counsel as part of its real estate department, since most of the environmental cases it works on stem from real estate projects. Lawyers have a broad remit, advising clients on regulatory compliance and interactions with government agencies, as well as transactions.”
