Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., is pleased to inform that effective April 1st, 2019, Narciso Campos Cuevas has been admitted as Partner of the Firm and member of our Investigations and Compliance and Financial Services practices.
Within our Investigations and Compliance practice, Narciso´s main focus will be in the ﬁnancial services industry. As part of our ﬁnancial services practice, he will concentrate on advising ﬁnancial intermediaries and related companies on regulatory matters.
Narciso was Chief of Staff to the Mexican Foreign Secretary during the re-negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Prior to that, he served as Head of the Banking, Securities and Savings Unit of Mexico’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
On account of Narciso´s prior position as public ofﬁcial in the Federal Government, the Firm has timely implemented all appropriate measures to ensure that his admission and practice as partner of the Firm strictly adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards.
