Christian Dorantes es Senior Counsel en Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., donde se especializa en el Área de Servicios Financieros. Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en asuntos Financieros, de Mercado de Capitales y en Reestructuras. Ha representado activamente a clientes nacionales y extranjeros en transacciones en México y en el extranjero, como son bancos, bancos de inversión, empresas públicas, entidades financieras y clientes corporativos en una amplia gama de transacciones financieras, de emisiones de valores de capital y deuda dentro y fuera de bolsa y más recientemente en las reestructuras y los concursos mercantiles más complejos e importantes de México, como son Cinépolis, Cinemex, Alphacredit, TVAzteca, Unifin, Marelli, entre otros.
Obtuvo su título de Licenciado en Derecho por el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) en 2008. Es miembro del Turnaround Management Association (TMA) – Capítulo México.
